Help out a Future "Captain of Industry!"

I've recently received a request from a Mr Ben Cheney to help out with his thesis and fill out a simple survey. As a former Marketing major I thought it might be a good idea to give him a hand and put it to my readers.

Ben is a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University doing his thesis on Cobra Engineering. He is trying to get some expert opinions on motorcycles and aftermarket exhaust systems.
