Some bikes go beyond your average build and become true works of art. This is a master piece of a bike. Give us details on this bike, Who built it and the build info...got to love the old two strokes!
ReplyDeleteSweet
ReplyDeleteThat is the coolest GT750 I've ever seen
ReplyDeleteThis is a great example how small things can make a bike look like a mongrel. The wheels are so small they looks as if they were taken off a golf cart, the tail section is WAY to high for my liking (it's completely lost its proportions!), and the whole frame, although impressive, is so massive it overwhelms the side profile of the bike. So, in a word, this one is even worse than a stock GT750... Mixing the old with the new doesn't always produce a good looking bike, and this one has an identity crisis.
ReplyDeleteHaving said that, I respect the huge amount of work that the builder must have put into it. If only he stood back from time to time to see what he's doing...
Tony I think it's a feature and a bug thing. What you see as flaws a very deliberate design cues in the streetfighter subculture. You may not be crazy about the style but as far as that genre of design goes this is an excellent example.
ReplyDeleteIt may be so, I'm not into streetfighters. As I said, I respect the amount of work that has gone into it, but I'm not a fan.
